As the PLANNING GRADUATE, you will form part of the National Brands Head Office Team that supports our 5 factories enabling us as a business to leverage our scale effectively.   • Experience Bonus: Vacation or part-time work experience is a plus

  • Mobile: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What you will be doing:

  • Forecasting & Planning: Drive supply and demand forecasting and planning to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Customer DC Planning: Manage and optimise customer distribution center planning.
  • Logistics Mastery: Gain deep insights into distribution, warehousing, reverse logistics, and factory inbound/outbound logistics.
  • KPI Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators like stock levels, forecast accuracy, and sales rates.
  • Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet market demands.
  • Deployment Planning: Coordinate product deployment across various sites.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. 

What you will need to be considered:

  • A Diploma of Procurement and Supply: Chartered Institute In Procurement and Supply (CIPS) would be highly advantageous
  • A Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in either of the following disciples: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis or Industrial Engineering
  • A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies
