As a SUPPLY CHAIN GRADUATE, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, gaining valuable experience and skills across various facets of the supply chain. You will be based at our Head Office in Bryanston, Gauteng and as the successful SUPPLY CHAIN GRADUATE, you will form part of the NBL Head Office Team that supports our 5 factories enabling us as a business to leverage our scale effectively. We’re proud to be the home of some of South Africa's most beloved brands, from our renowned teas, coffees, and creamers (Five Roses, Freshpak, Trinco, Ellis Brown, House of Coffees, Hug in a Mug, Frisco and Koffiehuis) to our irresistible range of savoury and sweet biscuits and mouth-watering snacks (Bakers, Pyotts, Pro-Vita, Baumann's, Willards, Cheese Curls and Flings, Big Korn Bites, Crinkle Cut, Original Cut, Flanagan’s Irish Kettle fried chips, Cheasnaks, Jumpin Jack and Diddle Daddle).

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- A Diploma of Procurement and Supply: Chartered Institute In Procurement and Supply (CIPS) would be highly advantageous
- A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies
- A Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Technology in either of the following disciples: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Statistics or Quantitative Analysis

What you will be doing:
- Explore and Learn: Dive into the exciting world of Distribution and Warehousing processes.
- Hands-On Experience: Get involved in Factory Inbound and Outbound Logistics.
- Variety of Experience: Gain practical experience with Raws, Packaging, and Finished Product stores.
- Reporting: Create insightful Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
- Replenishment: Manage buying and replenishment activities.
- System Proficiency: Learn and utilise SAP systems (MRP).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the factory and head office.
- KPI Insights: Analyze key performance indicators like stock levels, forecast accuracy, and planning.

- Relevant Experience: Any vacation experience or part-time work is valued.
