The Youth Work Benefit is a business-led activity with government and the Office of Business that builds financial pathways for youthful individuals to offer assistance diminish unemployment. The program gives 12 months of on-the-job preparing where members are presented to the diverse parts of the retail trade. On completion of the program, fruitful YES learners will have the abilities to work in retail or begin their claim retail trade.

- A Retail Preparation Program (RRP) qualification
