What you will be doing:
- Support Quality Assurance: Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with system requirements, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- System Management and Training: Manage quality systems and provide training to staff, ensuring everyone is up to date with the latest standards.
- Standards Maintenance: Set and uphold colour and sensory standards, ensuring our products meet the highest quality benchmarks.
- Project Involvement: Work in cross-functional teams for project success, from scoping and technical support to execution.
- Traceability and Reporting: Maintain traceability using systems, support reporting processes, and assist the factory with continuous improvements.
- What you will need to be considered:
- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Technology with a major in either Food Sciences or Food Technology
- Effective Communicator: Ability to relate to and communicate confidently across various organisational levels.
- A minimum average of 60% in the final year of studies lexible Availability: Willingness to travel between our factories and for overtime and shift work as our factory operates continuously and flexibility is essential
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and ask questions in a fast-paced factory environment, embrace different approaches and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Factory Enthusiast: Willingness to work in a manufacturing and factory environment with minimal office work
- Mobile: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Report Preparation & Presentation: Communicate your findings and recommendations.
- Open-mindedness: Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
