Job Description
A vacancy exists for a Fleet Administrator stationed at our Westmead / Pinetown office. 
The main purpose of this position is to perform a full capturing and reconciling function.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Tracking the standing vehicles on a weekly basis and sending report to the General Manager
  • Supporting finance department and the fleet manager
  • Overseeing the driver training process
  • Management of the warranty work
  • Managing the vehicle repairs and fuel budgets
  • Reviewing of the vehicle tracking reports
  • Analysing the fuel reports – Route VS consumption
  • Reviewing the outstanding Service reports on Greenfleet
  • Rerouting of the fines
  • Management of the licence renewals proactively
  • Management of the fleet on the asset registers
  • Reviewing of the weekly vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong command of English 
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and professionally
  • Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Own transport is essential
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SAP as well as Excel
